I had decided to build a 3' x 4' Guinea Pig run for my grand-daughter but found that a) the materials cost was in excess of your price for a ready-made unit and b) I didn't really have the time. On balance I felt that I would accept a standard of workmanship less than I would expect from

myself for the sheer convenience of having someone else do all the hard work. The unit arrived today, less than 24 hours after ordering, and of a quality that I feel that I might have achieved if I had taken a long time over it and been really, really careful. In addition, the fittings are brass (ie rustless) and the whole unit appears Lake-District-type weatherproof. Thank you most sincerely, both from myself and my much-gratified grand-daughter.

My husband & I recently purchased a 4' x 3' rabbit run pet house from your site. This is just to let you know that we are extremely pleased with the product itself. It is of sturdy quality, and, being a concertina design, with an easily removable top, it is very easy to store when not in use. It is exactly what we were looking for. We especially like the shaded area also, which offers our guinea pigs essential shade in hot weather.

Regrettably, however, we were not so impressed with your carriers. They were given quite clear delivery instructions, to telephone us if no response, (we sometimes do not hear the door if we are in the back of the house); and to deliver to an alternative address three doors away if no response on the telephone. Unfortunately they chose to ignore the whole instructions, and instead dumped the run outside the wrong house, in pouring rain, making no attempt whatsoever to telephone. The occupant at the house was on holiday at the time, and had it not been that a neighbour, looking after their cat spotted it had been wrongly delivered, it could well have spent two weeks in the pouring rain outside the wrong house. As it was, the outer packaging was saturated when I received it from my neighbour. You may like to take this up with your deliverer.
Thank you again. Our guinea pigs seem equally as impressed with the run, and are enjoying it at this very moment.

I purchased two rabbit runs earlier this year. Delivery was extremely prompt and thankfully the runs did not need to much D.I.Y.My bunnies and guinea pigs love running around in them.I am very pleased with them and will definetely buy more, they are well made and reasonably priced.

Apart from the web site being easy to use, the service was incrediable......most improtantly the price was fantastic as no other company offers a decent hutch and run combi for the £65.00 i paid for this one i brought from swish. I bought the 3ft rabbit hutch & run from Swish about a month ago now, for my two little baby bunnies called Tilly & Poppet. It arrived within two days, & me & my mum managed to put it all together with no problems.
It looks lovely, the quality is great & I think the rabbits love it too! I'm even thinking of upgrading to the 4ft rabbit hutch & run soon when my little ones have grown, I would definitely buy from Swish again!

I purchased a pet house run for our two guinea pigs. The service was impeccable, the delivery was fast and even the delivery man was really nice and helpful! I chose Swish after doing an internet search. I compared many sites and found that Swish were the best value for money. It's unfortunate the weather has been so bad as the guinea pigs aren't getting as much enjoyment from our purchase as I'd hoped! I bought a hutch hugger on impulse from a well know pet store chain due to the weather, but sincerely wish I'd waited as the price on Swish was much cheaper.
I would have no problems recommending Swish to anyone who wants great service at the best price, and I will certainly be using the site again for other products.

Hi, I bought 3 of your covered rabbit/chicken cottages several months ago and they're great (would have been even better if they came in 90cm wide), i have 9 very happy bunnies who are so happy with their homes they go to bed of their own accord and they look great too!

I have to admit - I havent tried my tent out as yet (Ive put it up but havent had the pleasure of a night in it yet!) Im due to take it off to Leeds festival on the 23rd August so once ive got one a picture will be on route! The delivery and the item itself is fantastic - Im a bit of a camping Virgin but i was reasured by the easy to follow instructions and the fact your all so easy to contact! Also the tent is brilliantly bright and unusual - Beleive me if anyone asks where its from ill be pointing them in your direction
