Delivery Policy

Delivery time

1.Subject to availability, we aim to despatch your order, the day we receive it.We have a wide variety of products on our site and this prompt delivery only applys to those products that clearly indicate a NEXT DAY delivery.

2.Please note that we dispatch goods at the latest at 3pm every day, so please be aware that for these next day delivery items,IF YOU DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE AT LEAST 12PM ,we cannot guarantee the next day delivery ,although we still aim to get every dispatch possible before our 3pm deadline for parcel collections.

3.Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations, Northern Ireland and other areas OUTSIDE OUR FREE DELIVERY AREA (see postcodes below) may take longer.The extra charge incurred will be apparent(when you checkout),after entering your county on your address and registration details.

4.Orders dispatched on fridays will be delivered on next working day,namely monday of following week.Please note that WE CAN deliver items to you on saturdays BUT this will incur an extra carraige charge and you need to contact us by telephone before going through your checkout procedure.Simularly ,if you wish to place an order after the 12pm deadline in hope to receive goods next day , then please call us and we will be able to verify guaranteed delivery there and then.

Handling & Delivery charges

When you order items online from Swish we will deliver your purchases to the address of your choice. Handling and Delivery is always included in the price in England , Wales and southern Scotland. Most orders are delivered by the business post courier service.

For delivery Addresses in northern Scotland and Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands will need to provide you with a quote for delivery above the price stated on this website.

Delivery Addresses

Whether it is to your home, your workplace or another location, your order can be delivered to any UK address (i.e., addresses with a Royal Mail Postcode). We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or overseas addresses(without quote).
